My poem:
Hope you like it! Have a nice day everyone :)
I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 9 and in 2021 I will be a year 10. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.
To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
Kia ora Elisha Mae,
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on completing another activity. This post looks amazing! :)
This is a wonderfully written poem, Elisha-Mae. I think you've really captured how it would feel to travel to the moon. "Polar-white sparkling stars above" is a beautiful line. Do you enjoy doing creative writing activities like this one?
Also, I just wanted to let you know that over Christmas and New Years the Summer Learning Journey blog commenters won't be online as often as we have been so don't worry if you don't hear from us for a little while. Emma and Gabe will be working a little bit over this time and they'll try to comment on as many of your posts as they can so please keep sharing all of your amazing Summer Learning Journey activity posts. I'll be back on the 6th of January and I'm looking forward to checking out all of your posts then. :)
Have a safe and merry Christmas, Elisha-Mae.
Bye for now,
Mikey
