I rate the finished product 5/10. It's not too bad and good, just neutral. I think to make this better next time is maybe to be accurate and precise with the number of ingredients. But overall, it's not too bad.

Hi Elisha Mae. This another great slide show with photos showing the recipe and individual steps in the preparation of these muffins. It is good to see you acknowledging your mistakes -inaccurate measuring. I would have liked a slide with the method because I am a little confused as to whether there were any spices in the batter. I would have put some in as well as in the sprinkled mixture. This would enhance the flavour.
