My Own Homemade Cardboard Mini House

Hi everyone! During Quarantine isolation, recently I've been mostly busy making my mini cardboard house. I made this by using slightly thick cardboard sheets (obviously) and a glue gun to stick the parts altogether. I also added some different styles of Windows carved out of using a cutter. As you can see from the top view of the house, you can see a flower-ish design.

Those are made out of tissue rolls (those are clean) and cut them into pieces that look like a shape of flower petals. Eventually, I stuck them all up together using a glue gun and painted it. I also used some markers to draw some colorful flowers onto the bushes at the back of the house or just some outlines to make the details more obvious eg. the window.

The rating of my own work out of 10 is probably 7, It's not a perfect well made the miniature house as you can see. I also had trouble painting it because the paint I used was washable paint. It wasn't like those typical Acrylic paint where it's already thick enough just in one go. I had to do some several layers of paint to make it see-able and clear.

I think I could do better in the future by slowly and carefully planned out what the house will look like? does it have any certain designs/colors? etc. I could maybe watch a tutorial on how to make a miniature cardboard house to improve my skills in it. But overall, I think it was not bad at all.

Thanks for reading! Have a splendid day everyone~! Stay safe!
