Positive Thoughts and Self-Task - Health Hur. 8

Hi! I hope everyone is doing well. Today I'll be blogging the next task I've done during quarantine in Hurumanu 8 (Health). The topic I did was 'Positive thoughts and Self-Talks'.

This topic is almost the same as Emotional regulation but a little different.

    I really enjoyed reading your post about positive thoughts and self-talk. Your slideshow is very well made and you have chosen some great images and animations. I totally agree with what you have said in your slideshow - it is really important for us to think positively and have a growth mindset. What are some things that you do at home to improve your wellbeing and to relax?

      Thank you for commenting on my post. Some of the things I do at home to improve my well-being is to write on my diary and reflect on some things I did today etc. By writing on a diary, you could let out your unspoken feelings inside you, so you'll feel better and not just burst out one day. Have a nice day~
