OLÀ! This week in Food Tech (Tuesday's Session) instead of doing some cooking, we did some reports on Pasta, so I've done a little bit of research about the Pasta. So here it is:

Pasta is accessible to almost every country around the world.
Almost every country has its own unique version of Pasta.
Types of different Pasta around the world:
Germany and Hungary - Spaetzle
Ashkenazi Jewish - kreplach dumplings
Greece - Orzo
American - Spaghetti, and Meatballs
How Pasta is Made?
The word "Pasta", means "Paste" in Italian.
Pasta is made by the combination of Flour and Water or Eggs.
The word pasta is generally used to describe traditional Italian noodles.
