Wananga: Passion Projects

こんにちは! In Term 3 2021 for Wananga, we are doing Passion Projects. Here's a slideshow I created to present my overall work for passion projects. It includes all the details and information about my project from research to the end results. Enjoy.

Here's a picture of my painting:

  1. I love your work Elisha-Mae, its always interesting and not what I expect. The cool thing here is you showing your process as you went as well. Frida Kahlo is really inspirational because she was so passionate about what she painted and why. She is a great example of a woman who took her pain and her desires for the world and herself as a reason to be creative. She was legendary in Mexico with art and politics, when they were at the time fighting for independence from the Spanish (not unlike the Philipines?).

Have you considered that art therapy is a full-on career? You can study for it at University and work with people to help them overcome trauma as a counselor. It is very cool.

Well done with your final product, its a great piece of painting.

  2. I love the energy in this art work Elisha Mae, the strong colors and the movement. It makes me see the persons mind working. I can see a lot of thinking has gone it into Desederium.
