Hi! Today in PE (Hur. 7) we did some High Jumps.
I learned this new technique in High Jump called...
"Fosbury Flop"
Here are some steps of how to do Fosbury Flop:
1. Land with your arms and your feet facing up. Land on your back.
2. When you take off it should be on 1 foot.
3. When you leave the ground you must spin around and use your knee to turn.
