Cheese Scones - Home Economics

Hi, Today in Home Eco. (Cooking) we made some Cheese Scones. 
Here's a link on how to make your own.
It was kinda hard on getting the right amount of each ingredient though.

    Hi Elisha Mae. These scones look very good. They have risen well. I have 2 questions: How did they taste? You say that it was hard to get the right amount of each ingredient. Why was this?
